The issue with US-GAME-14 has now been resolved, an issue was identified with the motherboard. This was quickly replaced with the node coming back online with no data loss.

We are planning on migrating our billing panel (billing.hrznhosting.com) to a new disk on our infrastructure node, this will allow for further expansions in the future. This maintenance should take less than 30 minutes, during the maintenance the billing panel will be unavailable, automated actions such as automatic provisioning may also experience degraded performance.

We will be performing a migration of the billing panel (https://billing.horizonnetworks.uk) to a new server. During the transfer the billing panel will be inaccessible, along with this their may be delays in provisioning services, the discord billing linking, and other automated actions. After the migration https://billing.hrznhosting.com/ will be the new primary domain for the billing panel, a redirect will be put in place to move old customers to the new domain.
